I confirm that I have read the ACIO+ Privacy Notice and understand that the personal and company data provided will be processed to create and manage the account, deliver the EU AI Act assessment, produce the results and send operational communications related to the service.

How the data is used

The data will be accessible to ACIO+ and to the technical providers needed for authentication, hosting, contact management and email delivery, within the limits of their respective roles. Processing methods, retention periods, data-subject rights and privacy contacts are described in the Privacy Notice. The password is not disclosed to ACIO+ and is not transferred to the CRM.
